1. What fabrics does LOMI use?

We use both pure linen and linen-blend fabrics, depending on the design. Each garment’s fabric composition is clearly mentioned on its product page.

2. Do you Reproduce Collections once they sell out?

No. We do not reproduce our collections after they sell out. We intentionally produce in very limited quantities to avoid overproduction and support a more sustainable approach to fashion.

3. Do you offer COD, cancellations, or exchanges?

No. LOMI is a limited-production brand, so we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), order cancellations, or exchanges. We produce very small quantities and plan production accordingly

4. What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a seriously damaged product, please contact us immediately. A full, uninterrupted and uncut opening video of the sealed parcel is mandatory for us to verify the damage claim. Edited or incomplete videos cannot be accepted.

5. What type of packaging does LOMI use?

We prefer sustainable packaging and use paper and cloth materials only for our packaging. We avoid plastic packaging as much as possible

6. How do I choose my size?

Please check the size chart on the individual product page before purchasing. Most of our designs have a Regular to Oversized fit, but the fit can vary depending on the design.
